His follow up approach and getting the job done was an exceptional quality that is generally not found from other businesses.

We contacted a few retailers for quotes and were quite surprised with price they came back with. A friend recommended Ian to us. Ian's quote came out to be the cheapest one of all and we liked his attitude and thought we could trust him as he returned our phone calls and messages promptly. He adhered to his appointment times even after hours as we dont get home from work till at least 7.30pm. Ian and his son Dan worked tirelessly for 3.5 days to remove the existing floor tiles and installed the new bamboo floors. They went through the extra miles by shaping our stairs as the shapes were not suitable for the new bamboo bull noses. The worked was done with a smile (and a cup of coffee) without extra charge or hesitation. The work they did was done with our utmost satisfaction. We fully recommend Ian and Dan to anyone who wishes to have their flooring work done with a professional result and competitive price. Thank you so much Ian & Dan!

Ian and his son did an amazing job putting laminate flooring in our rental unit. After getting ridiculous quotes from my property manager, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I found Total Transformation Flooring on Gumtree, not only was Ian the cheapest, he was prompt, and the quality of his work was outstanding!! I originally contacted TT Flooring to install flooring I had already purchased elsewhere. When my supplier let me down, Ian came through with both the materials and installation, and I could not be happier with the result. The price was good, service was excellent, Ian and Dan were charming and professional, and the floor looks spectacular. I have no hesitation in recommending Total Transformation Flooring to anyone.
